Service terms for FleetDocsAI customers, contractors, and drivers.
These terms govern use of the FleetDocsAI service by business customers and authorised users. FleetDocsAI provides tools to collect, store, process, and track compliance documents, including automated reminders and AI-assisted extraction.
Customer responsibilities
- Customers are responsible for activity under their account and for configuring permissions appropriately.
- Customers must ensure they have authority to upload documents and to use the platform in compliance with applicable laws.
- Customers remain responsible for verifying compliance decisions, even where AI-assisted workflows are used.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the service, interfere with systems, or attempt unauthorised access.
- Do not upload unlawful content or content that infringes third-party rights.
- Do not use the platform to send spam, abuse, or unlawful marketing.
Customer data and privacy
Customer data includes uploaded documents, images, metadata, and personal information. Customers grant FleetDocsAI a non-exclusive licence to host, store, process, and transmit customer data as needed to provide the service. Privacy handling is described in the Privacy Policy.
Billing, suspension, and termination
Fees, taxes, billing cadence, and plan access are governed by the selected subscription. FleetDocsAI may suspend access for non-payment, misuse, or security concerns, and may retain records for audit and compliance obligations after termination.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an as-is basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted, aggregate liability is limited and indirect or consequential loss is excluded, subject to non-excludable rights and remedies.
End user portal terms
Invited contractors and drivers must upload accurate, current documents and acknowledge that their documents and compliance status will be shared with the inviting customer for compliance management purposes. They may receive compliance reminders by email or SMS.
